Surf’s single ‘Spaceship’ gave TikTok influencers semi-futuristic inspiration for creating new content for their audience, ranging from a variety of dance challenges to motivational workout videos. Although some merely see TikTok as only an algorithmic content app, it has transcended what could be imagined for sharing music snippets and sounds. Creators using specific trims of sound from songs like Surf’s ‘Spaceship’ and ‘Mans’ to show their dance moves, impromptu push-ups, bedroom decor, and more has shown that there are no borders for mixing visuals and genres. Surf, the Atlanta based rapper, plans to release Baddest Human on July 10th, completing his first series of albums as a trilogy. Stream “Spaceship” here.
